Die Ortstaxe in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis beträgt für das Jahr 2025, € 3,70.- pro Person und Nacht.
Bei Buchungen für das Jahr 2025 sind alle Personen bis inklusive Jahrgang 2009 ortstaxenpflichtig.

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass im Falle einer verspäteten Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise der gesamte Rechnungsbetrag bezahlt werden muss.

 

Buchungsinformationen

Preise sind in Euro inklusive Umsatzsteuer, exklusive Ortstaxe und Endreinigung. Preisänderungen, Änderung der Saisonzeiten und Tippfehler vorbehalten!

Es gelten die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie (AGBH 2006). Insbesondere ist der Rücktritt vom Beherbergungsvertrag wie folgt geregelt: Bis spätestens 3 Monate vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstag des Gastes kann der Beherbergungsvertrag ohne Entrichtung einer Stornogebühr durch einseitige Erklärung durch den Vertragspartner aufgelöst werden.

Außerhalb dieses Zeitraums fallen folgende Stornogebühren an:

• bis 1 Monat vor dem Ankunftstag 40 % vom gesamten Arrangementpreis;
• bis 1 Woche vor dem Ankunftstag 70 % vom gesamten Arrangementpreis;
• in der letzten Woche vor dem Ankunftstag 90 % vom gesamten Arrangementpreis.

Sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde, gelten die Stornobedingungen der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie (ÖHV-Vertragsbedingungen)

The local tax for the year 2025 in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is € 3,70 per person per night.  All guests born in 2009 or earlier have to pay the local tax.

Please note that in the case of late arrival or early departure, the entire invoice amount must be paid.

Prices are in Euro including VAT, excluding visitor’s tax and final cleaning. Subject to price and season changes and typing errors!

Bookinginformations

The Terms & Conditons of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply. In particular, the cancellation conditions are regulated by the Accommodation Agreement as follows:

Not later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival the accommodation contract can be terminated by the other party without payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration.

Outside this period the following cancellation fees apply:

› until 1 month before arrival day: 40% of the booked arrangement
› until 1 week before arrival day: 70% of the booked arrangement
› within the last week before arrival day: 90% of the booked arrangement

We recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance.
